Shipping

Flat-rate shipping is $7.75 per order. Orders currently ship within the United States only.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

When your order leaves the Keep, we’ll send an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. The Ivy Keep does not see or store your card details. A receipt is emailed as soon as your order is placed.

Your orders

Sign in to your account using the email address from your order. No password is needed—we’ll email you a short code.

From your account, you can follow your orders, view receipts and tracking, request an address correction or cancellation before an order ships, and start a return.
